NspirePro Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

NspirePro is a field toolkit for HUD NSPIRE property inspections. It is designed so that your data stays with you.

What we collect

Nothing. NspirePro has no server, no user accounts, and no analytics. We do not collect, transmit, receive, or store any of your information.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter - inspections, findings, photos, signatures, and your inspector profile - is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded anywhere by the app.

Sharing is always your choice

Inspection data leaves your device only when you explicitly share it: exporting a report, sharing a team file, or creating a backup. You choose the destination (email, messaging, files) every time, and the data goes directly from your device to the destination you pick - not through us.

Photos and camera

The app requests camera and photo access solely so you can attach photos to inspection findings. Photos are stored on your device with the inspection and are only shared when you share the inspection.

Optional Google Maps feature

If you choose to add your own Google Maps API key in Settings, address autocomplete requests are sent to Google Maps services under Google's privacy policy. This feature is off unless you enable it. The "Open in Maps" buttons simply open your maps app.

Deleting your data

Because all data lives on your device, deleting it is entirely under your control: delete individual inspections in the app, use Settings → Erase All Data, or uninstall the app.

Children's privacy

NspirePro is a professional tool intended for adult property inspectors and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy
